Pricing questions, answered.

Start a trial on any plan with no credit card required. Full access to every feature in the chosen tier for seven days. At the end of the trial you can subscribe (we'll ask for a card then) or let the trial expire with no charge. No auto-billing surprises. The Brokerage plan does not have a self-serve trial; book a demo with sales for a custom-scoped pilot.

If you approach your monthly limit, we'll notify you in-app at 80% and 95%. Once you hit the limit, additional generations are billed as overages at $0.50 per generation. You can also bump to the next plan tier mid-cycle, prorated. Most agents who hit the cap on Agent step up to Pro for the larger pool.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues through the current billing period and stops at the next renewal. Annual plans cancel at the next renewal date (no early termination fee, but no proration refund). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

The Team plan includes 5 seats at $299/mo. Additional seats are $45/mo each, billed prorated when added mid-cycle. Above 9 agents, the Brokerage plan offers volume pricing that is typically 30-50% cheaper than per-seat math at scale.

Monthly plans are month-to-month with no contract. Annual plans are 12-month commitments billed up front (or quarterly on Brokerage). Brokerage agreements are typically annual with optional multi-year discounts on volume tiers above 50 agents.

The 7-day free trial is the refund mechanism for monthly plans. Annual plans are not refundable but are convertible to a different tier mid-term. Brokerage agreements include a custom refund or pilot extension provision negotiated during contracting.

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) for monthly and annual plans. ACH transfer available for annual plans on request. Brokerage plans support invoice billing with NET 30 terms. International credit cards accepted; pricing is USD only.

The 20% annual discount is the standard published incentive. Multi-year commitments on Brokerage plans (24-month or 36-month) offer additional discounts negotiated case-by-case. We do not currently offer non-profit pricing on standard tiers; non-profit and educational use cases should reach out via the contact form for review.
