Getting Started

First steps,
explained.

What RealtrAI is, what's in the trial, and how long it takes to start producing real client-ready output.

6 questions

RealtrAI is a suite of seventeen AI-powered tools built specifically for real estate agents and investors. Listing copy, valuation models, investor pitches, neighborhood guides, open-house follow-ups, STR permit analysis, CMAs, syndication memos, and more, all on a single account. Built on the Trunnion AI Declarative Agentic Framework, the platform produces polished, citation-grade output ready for client use.

No. Each tool is designed around a specific real estate task. You drop in an address or paste a property description and the tool produces a draft ready for your review. The interface is built for agents, not developers. The only thing you need to know is what you want the output to do.

Yes. Seven days, all seventeen tools included, no credit card required. After the trial, you can subscribe at one of three tiers (Agent $59/mo, Professional $129/mo, Team $299/mo) or step away with no charge. Trial accounts can generate up to 50 documents during the seven-day window so you can road-test on real listings.

Most agents are producing usable output within their first thirty minutes. The tools follow a consistent pattern: paste the input, review the draft, edit lightly, export. Your first listing description, valuation report, or recap email is typically your first session. The Spec Sheet, Listing Writer, and Open House Recap tools are the most common entry points.

Yes. Cancel from the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, no penalty. You retain access to anything you have already generated and can export your archive (drafts, exports, brand assets) for ninety days after cancellation.

No. RealtrAI runs entirely in your browser. There is no native app to install. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge are supported on desktop. The mobile-web experience works on iOS and Android, although heavy document drafting is generally a desktop activity. There is no plugin or extension required.

02
The 17 Tools

What's in the
toolset.

Tool coverage, output formats, customization, accuracy of underlying data, and how often the tools are updated.

7 questions

All seventeen tools are included on every subscription. The catalog spans four categories:

  • Listings & Marketing (5): Listing Writer, Listing Presentation, Social Media Post, Luxury Story Builder, Spec Sheet Builder
  • Investment & Analysis (6): VR Calculator, Investor Pitch, BRRRR Analyzer, NNN Lease Analyzer, Syndication Memo Builder, CMA Builder
  • Client Work (4): Buyer Tour Brief, Market Update Email, Neighborhood Guide, Open House Recap
  • Compliance & Audit (2): STR Permit Explainer, Investor List Manager

See the tools index for the full catalog with descriptions.

Yes. Each tool supports voice and brand tier customization. Set your firm's voice profile once (luxury, boutique, approachable, institutional) and the tools use it across every output. Brand tier (logo placement, color palette, type pairing) carries through every PDF export. You can override on a per-document basis when you need to.

RealtrAI pulls comparable sales, market data, and zoning information from licensed data providers (MLS feeds, county recorder data, short-term rental analytics partners). Each tool cites its sources at the bottom of the export. Accuracy is calibrated to the data provider's freshness; most data is updated daily, ordinance data quarterly. The tool flags when underlying data is older than two weeks.

Always. Every tool produces a draft that is fully editable in the platform, exportable as Word or PDF, or copyable into your CRM. The platform is designed around the assumption that you will tweak before sending. We expect light editing on most outputs and view the tool's job as taking you from blank-page to a strong first draft, not as a fully autonomous publishing system.

Word (.docx), PDF, plain text, and clipboard-safe HTML on every plan. Print-ready presentation PDFs with firm branding (Listing Presentation, CMA Builder) on Professional and above. Slide decks (.pptx) for the Investor Pitch and Syndication Memo Builder on Professional and above. CSV export of investor lists, attendee data, and pipeline records on every plan.

Volume per plan:

  • Agent: 200 documents per month
  • Professional: 1,000 documents per month
  • Team: 1,500 documents per month per seat, pooled across the team
  • Brokerage: custom volume negotiated per agreement

Any unused volume rolls over for one billing cycle. Most active agents land at 80-150 documents per month.

Tools are updated continuously. Major capability changes are released roughly monthly with a release-notes badge in the account. Data refreshes (MLS feeds, jurisdiction ordinance updates, market data) run on the underlying provider's cadence, typically daily for transactional data and quarterly for regulatory data. Material changes that affect prior outputs trigger a notification.

03
Pricing & Plans

What it costs,
straight.

Plan tiers, what changes between them, annual discount, refunds, and how upgrades and downgrades are handled.

6 questions

Four plans, all of which include all seventeen tools:

  • Agent: $59/mo
  • Professional: $129/mo (featured)
  • Team: $299/mo, includes 5 seats, +$45/mo per seat above 5
  • Brokerage: custom pricing for enterprise rollouts

See the pricing page for the full plan breakdown.

Yes, twenty percent off when paid annually. Agent annual: $566/yr (vs $708 monthly). Professional annual: $1,238/yr (vs $1,548 monthly). Team annual: $2,870/yr (vs $3,588 monthly). Brokerage annual is negotiated as part of the agreement, typically at a steeper discount tied to seat volume.

Same tools, different volume and integrations. Agent gets 200 docs/mo and email-only delivery. Professional gets 1,000 docs/mo, CRM integration (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, Realvolve, Salesforce), white-label PDF, slide-deck export for Investor Pitch and Syndication Memo, public webhooks, and priority support. Most agents outgrow Agent within 60-90 days and upgrade.

Yes. Team plans include team-wide white-label PDF branding (firm logo and brand colors on every export, no RealtrAI branding visible to clients). Brokerage plans include further white-label: custom subdomain (yourbrokerage.realtrai.com or your own domain), full brand control on outbound emails, and removed RealtrAI branding from the in-platform UI on a request basis.

We do not pro-rate mid-cycle cancellations. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access through that period. If you experience a defect or service issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact support and we will work it out, including refund where appropriate. We treat refund situations case-by-case and lean toward making it right.

Yes. Upgrade from Agent to Professional to Team at any point in the billing cycle and the new tier prorates immediately, you pay only the difference for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle to keep current-period access intact. Plan changes are managed in the account settings panel without needing to contact support.

04
Data & Privacy

Where data sits,
honestly.

Where data is stored, who owns content, how MLS data is handled, AI training boundaries, and what happens after cancellation.

6 questions

All data is stored in US-based AWS regions with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Our infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP) are SOC 2 Type II certified. Your generated documents, drafts, and uploaded content remain yours and are not co-mingled with other tenants. Data residency outside the US is available on Brokerage plans on request.

You do. Content generated through RealtrAI is your property. You may use it commercially, modify it, white-label it, or share it as you see fit. We claim no rights over your generated documents. The Terms of Service include this explicitly. The platform exists to produce work product that you own; that is the entire premise.

No. Client data, MLS feeds, uploaded photos, and any content you provide to the platform are not used to train RealtrAI's underlying models. The Trunnion AI DAF framework is built on isolation principles: your data is your data and stays scoped to your tenant. Aggregate platform usage metrics (anonymized) are used to improve the tools, but no client-identifiable data is included.

MLS data is pulled per the licensing agreements of our data providers. We display data only to the agent who is licensed to access it; we do not redistribute MLS data outside the platform or expose it outside the licensed agent's account. MLS provider compliance is audited quarterly. Your MLS license number is verified during onboarding and tied to data access controls. If your license lapses, MLS data access lapses with it.

Our infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP) are SOC 2 Type II certified. RealtrAI's own SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress with an expected completion date in 2026. Annual penetration testing is conducted by a third-party firm. The audit report and penetration test summary will be published in our Trust Center when complete. Brokerage plans include access to current security documentation under NDA.

You retain access for ninety days after cancellation to export your archive (drafts, generated documents, brand assets, attendee lists, investor records). After ninety days, your data is permanently deleted from production systems. Backup retention follows our infrastructure provider's standard thirty-day rolling backup window, after which backup copies are also expired. You can request immediate deletion at any time during the 90-day window.

05
Integrations

What plugs in,
cleanly.

CRM, MLS, website builders, automation platforms, and the API. What ships on every plan vs requires Professional or above.

6 questions

Direct integrations with:

  • Follow Up Boss
  • kvCORE
  • Sierra Interactive
  • BoomTown
  • Realvolve
  • Salesforce

CRM integration is on Professional and above. Email and Slack delivery are on every plan as a baseline. Each CRM integration includes contact sync, document push (CMA, recap, pitch), and pipeline status updates.

Most US MLS systems are supported through our data provider partnerships. The platform auto-detects your MLS during onboarding based on your license number. Coverage includes all major US MLSs (CRMLS, BrightMLS, Stellar, NTREIS, REcolorado, etc) and 200+ regional MLSs. International MLS support varies by region; contact us if you need specific coverage and we can confirm.

Yes, on Professional and above. Listing posts, neighborhood guides, and blog content can be published directly to a Squarespace or WordPress site via the integrations panel. WordPress support includes Yoast SEO field handling (meta description, focus keyword, OG image). Squarespace support is for 7.0 and 7.1 sites with Code Injection enabled. Custom theme support is available on Brokerage plans.

Yes. Custom-domain hosting on Cloudflare Workers and Pages is supported on Brokerage plans. The Trunnion AI DAF framework is designed to deploy at the edge, which means low-latency document generation for distributed teams. Brokerage rollouts on Cloudflare typically include CDN-fronted PDF delivery and edge-cached neighborhood-guide content for SEO benefit.

Yes. Public webhooks are available on Professional and above for inbound and outbound automation. Common patterns:

  • Trigger an Open House Recap when a new sign-in form submits
  • Push a generated CMA to a Google Drive folder automatically
  • Fire a Slack message when a new investor pitch is ready
  • Sync investor list changes to Mailchimp or Constant Contact

Native Zapier and Make app modules are in development with a 2026 release target.

Yes. The RealtrAI API is available on Brokerage plans with rate limits negotiated in the agreement. The API mirrors the in-platform tools and returns the same outputs (Word, PDF, slides, HTML) as direct in-app generation. Standard REST endpoints, OAuth 2.0 authentication, webhooks for async operations, and JSON response format. API documentation is available under NDA before contract; full docs published at signing.

06
Teams & Brokerages

Multi-seat,
handled.

Multi-seat billing, admin roles, brokerage rollouts, white-label, support tiers, and bulk agent provisioning.

6 questions

Team plan includes 5 seats at $299/mo. Additional seats are $45/mo each above 5. Seats are added or removed in real time from the team admin panel; billing prorates automatically. Brokerage plans negotiate seat pricing as part of the agreement, typically with volume tiers (50, 100, 250, 500+ seats). Seat assignments tie to the agent's email; reassigning a seat to a new agent retains historical drafts in the firm archive.

Yes. Team plans support admin and standard-agent roles. Admins can provision and remove agents, view team-wide usage and pipeline, configure firm-wide voice profiles and brand assets, and manage the document archive. Brokerage plans add a third role (Compliance Reviewer) which has read-only access to the team archive for audit purposes without consuming a billable agent seat.

Brokerage plans include white-glove onboarding:

  • Kickoff session with your dedicated CSM
  • Agent training (live cohort sessions or async video, your choice)
  • Brand asset setup (logos, colors, voice profile, output templates)
  • MLS provisioning and license verification for each agent
  • CRM and website integration setup
  • Ongoing strategic support and quarterly business reviews

Rollouts typically take 2-4 weeks from contract signing to full deployment depending on team size.

Yes, on Brokerage plans. White-label includes a custom subdomain (yourbrokerage.realtrai.com or your own custom domain), full brand control across all PDF exports (no RealtrAI branding visible to clients), custom email-from address for outbound communications, and removed RealtrAI branding from the in-platform UI on a request basis. Teams that operate under multiple brand identities can configure per-agent or per-office brand profiles.

Support tiers by plan:

  • Agent: email support, 48-hour response target
  • Professional: priority email and chat, 12-hour response target
  • Team: dedicated CSM, 4-hour response target
  • Brokerage: dedicated CSM, dedicated technical liaison, 1-hour response target on critical issues, 24/7 emergency contact

All plans have access to the help center, video tutorials, and community forum.

Yes. Brokerage plans include CSV-based agent provisioning. Provide a list of agents with names, emails, and (optionally) MLS license numbers, and we provision the seats and send welcome emails. Bulk provisioning is also available via API for brokerages running their own agent-management platforms. SCIM-based identity sync (Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin) is available on Brokerage plans on request for firms with strict identity governance.
