Why brokerages choose us

Six reasons firms
move together.

The agent-tier subscription is enough for an individual practice. At firm scale, brokerages need consistency, oversight, and security posture that individual licenses do not provide.

01

Brand voice consistency

Firm-level voice profile that every agent inherits. Listing copy, market updates, and client emails read like one brokerage spoke them, even across 200 agents.

02

Compliance posture

Audit logs across the entire firm with two-year retention. Every output flagged or overridden, every Fair Housing decision logged. Designated reviewers can audit work product without disrupting the agent workflow.

03

Onboarding shortcut

New agents get a working set of templates, voice profile, and brand stack on day one. The ramp from license-in-hand to listings-going-live shortens by weeks.

04

Security review answers ready

When your franchise, MLS provider, or insurance carrier asks for a vendor security questionnaire, we have answers on file. SOC 2 Type II report under NDA, subprocessor list, DPAs, encryption documentation.

05

Firm-level admin controls

Centralized seat management, MFA enforcement, IP allowlisting, session policies. Add and remove agents in one panel. Review usage by team or office.

06

Optional white-label

For firms that want their brand to be the front door, exports can be styled with your colors, logos, and templates. The platform recedes; your brokerage's brand stands.

Pricing model

Quoted by what
your firm actually needs.

No off-the-shelf seat-pack. The price reflects scope, security posture, integrations, and customization. We will not quote without a discovery call because honest numbers come from understanding what we are quoting.

What goes into the quote

Five factors,
one transparent number.

01

Seat count

Active agent seats, with volume tiers. Tiered pricing rewards larger firms.

02

Security posture

CMK, regional residency, custom DPA, SCIM. Each adds engineering hours.

03

Integration scope

CRM, MLS, website, custom feeds. Standard integrations are included; custom work is scoped.

04

Customization

Voice profile training, white-label depth, brand stack, custom templates.

05

Support level

Standard CSM is included. Higher-touch support and faster SLAs are available.

Brokerage FAQ

The questions we
get on every first call.

What does a typical Brokerage engagement cost?

The price reflects seat count, security posture, integration scope, customization, and support level. Most engagements land between mid-four figures and low five figures per month, with annual agreements receiving a twenty percent discount. We commit to honest numbers tied to scope, not to seat-pack inflation.

For a real number, book a thirty-minute discovery call. We provide a written quote within five business days of the call.

Which SSO providers do you support?

SAML 2.0 with Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, Google Workspace, and any IdP that follows the SAML 2.0 spec. OpenID Connect support for the same set. SCIM provisioning is available for automatic user lifecycle.

Setup typically takes one or two business days from when your IdP team is ready. We have a written runbook your team can follow, and our engineers join the configuration call when needed.

How long are audit logs retained?

Two years on Brokerage by default. Logs cover sign-ins (with IP and user agent), document generation, integration changes, and team-member actions. Fair Housing flags and overrides are captured separately and retained for the same window.

For firms with longer compliance retention requirements (FINRA-adjacent practices, certain state-level rules), we extend retention to seven years on request. Logs export to your SIEM via the API; configuration is included in onboarding.

Can the AI be trained on our brokerage's voice?

Yes. Voice profile training is part of standard onboarding. You provide ten to twenty samples of work product (listing descriptions, market updates, client emails) that represent your firm's voice. We calibrate the platform's output against those samples.

The training stays inside your tenant; we do not use your samples to train the underlying foundation models. The voice profile is yours, exported on request, and re-trainable when your firm's voice evolves.

Do you offer a pilot before the full engagement?

Yes. The 90-day pilot runs with a fifteen-to-twenty-five-agent cohort, includes everything in the Brokerage tier, and converts to a full firm-wide agreement on success. Pilot fees credit toward the full agreement at conversion.

Most pilots convert. The ones that do not usually surface integration gaps that we either build during the pilot or document for a phased follow-on. Either way, you get useful information.

Can we white-label the platform for our agents?

Yes, on request. White-label depth ranges from styled exports (your colors, logos, templates on listing presentations and CMAs, RealtrAI branding minimal) to full visual replacement (the platform UI styled in your brand). Most firms choose the export-styling level; full UI white-label is a custom engagement with a separate scope.

Standard white-label exports are included on Brokerage. Full UI white-label is quoted separately.
