Annual billing receives a 20 percent discount on all tiers. A 7-day free trial of all tools is available with no credit card required.

No. Customer data, MLS feeds, uploaded content, and generated outputs are not used to train any AI model, including the underlying foundation models from third-party providers. RealtrAI's third-party model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) operate under enterprise agreements with zero-retention or short-retention terms (typically 30 days for abuse detection only).

The 7-day free trial includes access to all 17 tools, with a generation cap of 50 documents during the trial window. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe or your account rolls into a free read-only mode (archive accessible, no new generation) for up to 30 days.

Yes. RealtrAI integrates with major real estate CRMs including Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, Realvolve, and Salesforce. Website integrations include Squarespace and WordPress. MLS access is via licensed data partners and is conditional on agent license verification.

RealtrAI complies with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.), the Americans with Disabilities Act, and applicable state and local fair housing laws. Protected-class safeguards run automatically on every output: pre-generation filtering of prohibited language patterns, output review against HUD advertising guidelines (24 CFR Part 109), steering-language detection in neighborhood guides, and ADA-appropriate handling of accessibility features. Every flag and override is captured in the audit log.

RealtrAI is operated by Trunnion AI / Viceroy NM, headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. Production infrastructure runs in AWS US-East-1 (Virginia) primary and US-West-2 (Oregon) failover. Data residency outside the US (EU, UK, Canada) is available on Brokerage plans on request.

TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, AWS KMS managed encryption keys, Argon2id password hashing. Multi-factor authentication is supported on every plan. Brokerage plans support enterprise SSO via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect with major IdPs (Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, Google Workspace). RealtrAI's SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress with completion expected in 2026; AWS and GCP infrastructure are SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS certified at the infrastructure layer.

Customer-managed keys (CMK) are available on Brokerage plans. Audit logs retain for two years on Brokerage. RealtrAI runs on the Trunnion AI Declarative Agentic Framework (DAF), which routes inference to multiple foundation model providers based on the task. Current providers include Anthropic (Claude family) and OpenAI (GPT family), both under enterprise agreements with zero-retention terms. The framework selects the most appropriate model per task and per output type.
