From the desk to the platform
RealtrAI started as a frustration. The tools real estate professionals were buying in 2024 either patched onto a CRM that already did too much, or solved one tiny piece of the workflow without any awareness of the rest. Listing copy generators that did not understand zoning. Valuation tools that did not understand voucher rules. CMAs that produced something the seller could spot as machine-written from across the room.
Inside the brokerages we worked with, agents were pasting outputs from three or four different tools into a Word document, hand-fixing the seams, and still feeling the brokerage was a generation behind on tooling. The agents who found a better way usually built their own scripts in their spare time. The agents who didn't, lost listings to the ones who did.
So we built it. RealtrAI is seventeen tools that share one account, one voice profile, one brand stack, and one philosophy: the agent is the licensed professional, the work is the agent's work, and the platform's job is to remove the friction between thinking the right thing and writing it down.
The platform sits inside a larger company. Trunnion AI is the subsidiary that builds the framework underneath. Viceroy NM is the parent in Albuquerque, with deep operational roots in government procurement and commercial software. RealtrAI is what happens when you take an agentic AI framework that was already serving complex enterprise workflows and point it at the work real estate agents actually do.
Not every tool will fit every agent. The seventeen tools cover the most common workflows we observed across solo agents, teams, brokerages, and investment-focused practices.
